Only the device OEM would be able to give you such a thing. Some devices
will have one and some will not, at the whim of the OEM. Contact HP.
Pocket PC devices are *not* like PCs where you can buy the operating system
from anyone and install it. Building the OS requires significant internal
information on the device hardware.
