 Friend is finally leaving the Stone Age and wants to purchase her
first pc - wants a Dell laptop - will spend between 600 and 800
dollars. Says she only wants it for online and eml use. What model
can you recommend?

Go to the small business web site and look at the Vostro 1500. You can
still order it with XP.
