Can some let me know if the theory of this setup is sound or not??

Have two main offices(HQ and HQ2) and 4 branch offices (b1,b2,b3,b4).
HQ and HQ2 will be connected by VPN (IPsec) site to site.
b1,b2,b3,b4 will connect to HQ by PPTP.

HQ: 192.168.100.1(router), 192.168.10.2(DMZ), 192.168.1.1(LAN)
HQ2:192.168.101.1(router), 192.168.2.1(LAN)
b1: 192.168.102.1(router), 192.168.3.1(LAN)
b2: 192.168.103.1(router), 192.168.4.1(LAN)
b3: 192.168.104.1(router), 192.168.5.1(LAN)
b4: 192.168.105.1(router), 192.168.6.1(LAN)

The reason for the mixed vpn is due to the branch office routers do not
allow IPsec.

So another thing is I want all offices to be able to share certain
resources..but for a LAN 2 LAN VPN I need to have each office on a
different subnet so from b1 how do I see a printer that is on b2 and so
on???
Secondly is it possible to have two different vpn tunnels (IPsec and
PPTP) on the same VPN network?? Or is this dependent on my hardware??

Hardware used is yamaha RTX-1100 and RT-57i..but I doubt anyone knows
them as they are only sold in Japan...
