What does remediation mean in the context of web documents? In fact,
what is a web document?

Why would the "context of web documents" matter?

I was more wondering about questions of scope. I suppose html docs were
meant and that the mistakes were all kinds of faults. What is the scope
of faults. Technical or more aesthetic or more usability... Or vaguely
all?
