I got tmobile with the latest version of mobile os

My emails only come in if I go to messages-hotmail-then hit the send/receive
button...Is there a way to have this sync automactically like my exchange
server does...

Anyone else have this problem. My phone came with pocket msn, etc...but I
cannot find anything....
