Have just tested several AVs on my machine before deciding. Kaspersky wins
by a mile!

(FYI, tested Norton - dismal, F-Secure - ok, but some issues, BitDefender -
ok, but clunky)

I really like Bitdefender's B-Have heuristics, generic unpacking
capabilities, really impressive generic detection and sandbox
implementation.
