Videora interferes with AVG

Do you have a question? Post it now! No Registration Necessary.  Now with pictures!

I d/l Videora some time ago, and installed it today. It's a
Torrent-enabled d/l utility. Tried it, didn't like it, uninstalled it,
and found:

a) a helper utility called BitComet that was not uninstalled -- had to
uninstall it separately;
b) lots of left-over stuff in the folders and the registry;
c) on reboot, AVG kernel would not start.

So I cleaned up the registry with regedit and Registry Mechanic, and
rebooted. This time AVG started with no problems.

So, be warned: Videora somehow messes up the AVG engine, which is
obviously not a good thing. I wonder what other a/v programs it affects

(W2K Pro SP4 w/ all current updates.)
