on our systems we have ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange Server, version
After installing this software, all the clients got the extra folder
"Spam Mail" (and a sub folder) in their Inbox.
We want to remove this folder permanently.
We already tried to disable (uncheck) the setting
Administration --> Spam Maintenance --> Enable End User Quarantine
As far as I understand the helpfile, this should solve the problem:
remove the Spam folder.
Unfortunately, it doesn't :(
Should we change another setting? Or is our wish not possible with
Trend Micro ScanMail?
