Yeah, it's frustrating when freedom is being restricted and Big Brother
is always watching you. I can see the privacy issue and soc.college
association, but why is this in the anti-virus group? Here it reads like
a rambling 'stream of consciousness' rant.

If he had mentioned pizza, would it have been crossposted to the pizza
delivery group as well?

Did you read the op about the madhook virus reported by UofAZ's
computers. Viruses can be used to keylog private information and control
individuals terminals. Another method of eavesdropping or worse.

Yes, I did. Still there was no reason for the inclusion of the
anti-virus group just for the mere mention of a misunderstood "alert".
