The thing Avira did not pass was Windows Server 2008. It passed the test
with Vista and XP.

Re: Avira 2008

I've been running PCcillin for 4 or 5 years. They pissed
me off when the auto updated and charged my credit card.
SO.........I'm kinda leaning toward Avira 2009
proffesional to put on my 3 comps. The one thing I think
I will miss from PCcillin though is the ability to tell
who connects to my network, without having to look at
router logs. Does Avira have this feature in there
firewall section?

Check out Bank of America ShopSafe. If you have a BofA credit card, it
allows you to generate  a temporary credit card number that is good
for a single charge that you specify for a limited time that you
specify. Once the merchant charges to it, it  becomes "expired".

I use it often in situations like this.
