Ouch. Be prepared for failure, depending on how bad the infection is.
You have two choices: clean out the virus/malware, or do a clean
re-install of Windows.

Either way: First, _salvage your data_. Burn all the must-keep stuff
onto DVDs.  And/or buy an external drive (1TB ones are available for
$100 or less) and copy all the  must-keep data onto it. After you've
fixed your machine, use it for regular backup, manual or automated.

Second, _salvage your data_. See above.

Third, _salvage your data_. See above.

Then search for the following:

Malwarebytes Anti-malware
Super anti-spyware
Spybot Search and destroy
Spyware terminator
Adware Cleaner
JRT.exe
Kaspersky

I also recommend Vipre (no connection other than satisfied customer).
It's payware, and IMO worth every penny.

I would download the install packages onto a USB stick borrowing a
friend's (uninfected) computer, and install from that.

Another suggestion: Download Portable Apps onto a USB stick, and run its
anti-malware program, Clamwin.

Another suggestion: search for Linux based Windows repair disks. You run
Linux from the a "live CD", and then run the anti-virus/antimalware
utilities. Search for "linux based Windows anti-malware". Here's the
first hit:

Good luck. You'll need it. Cleaning an infected machine on your own can
be a royal PITA, but you will feel really, really good if/when you
succeed. I've been there. ;-)

Start with rkill from bleepingcomputer.com:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/rkill/

and MalwareBytes Anti-Malware:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Start the machine in Safe Mode, run rkill first, followed by installing
and running MBAM Quick Scan. If MBAM finds anything, run it again in
Full Scan mode.

Reboot to Normal Mode. Hopefully the machine will be close to running
normal. Run MBAM Full Scan again. You will then need to go through it
and *thoroughly* clean it out (there will be residual critters left even
if MBAM gets the main culprit), but this should get you most of the way
there.
