You do know that windows 7 have a View and track your downloads at:

First we get you in to safe mode ,
Start you Computer,
you see
Copyright (c) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation,
Hit F8 now,
before you see Starting window,

1sec Copyright (c) 1997-2000 Intel Corporation,
2sec push F8 on keyboard
3sec

you see a list in it you see safe mode.......

you have to push F8 before 4sec or you see Starting window,
and you will have to keep start over, for you have 3sec.......

You have to have the Windows 7 DVD
or a USB Flashcard that came with the Computer,
if you do not have one..
Call the maker of your computer
and they will send you one free..

My Computer maker is Acer (Notebook),
and Acer send me a USB Flashcard with Windows 7 Starer..

Now do not reformat
but just reinstall Windows 7 Over the old..
Afterword run Windows Defender first,
then your reinstall your Malwarebytes
and rut it too............

you need not to

Re: Police warning shock

Thanks everybody!
I re-installed win 7 from the original Cd and all went well. As well as my
backed up files I found all my old stuff in the folder Windows.old. I have
run Malwarebytes and Super Anti Spyware on every disc I possess and all are
clean now.
The last two days have exhausted me!

    Well done.
BTW, you did one thing right, and two wrong. Backups of data
was right. Not practicing safe hex and not having an emergency
antimalware USB or CD at hand were wrong.
Buy a 1 or 2Mb pendrive (you probably have one in some corner)
and install Kaspersky or Avira on it, so next time it's just a matter
of booting them and removing the malware.
Just a suggestion, do it now .... as practice. I favor
Kaspersky.
    http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/rescuedisk
Read the articles on the page before trying it.
It might find some left-overs of your previous malware.

In future, do the following and you'll be fine.

Use another machine to get the latest copy of tdsskiller, combofix and
malwarebytes.

Turn on computer, tap f8 to get to w7 safe mode menu. Choose the safe mode
command line prompt. When loaded type 'explorer'.

This will load safe mode without the trojan loading. Run the tdsskiller,
choose 'detect tdlfs file system'. Run it through. It is common for this
infection to come along with a nasty rootkit..

If clear, run combofux,  if not reboot then run combofux this will almost
certainly clear it up. When done run malwarebytes after an update.

clear...
