I noticed that automatic antivirus protection on Titanium 2004 stopped
working on my laptop after an automatic update. Since then, I discovered the
same problem three other computers in my household (on separate accounts). I
spent many hours trying to solve the problem without success, and Pandasoft
tech support stopped responding to emails three weeks ago after initially
recommending a clean install and a few other standard items.  I'm wondering
what is going on with this company. I'm guessing that they already know
there's a problem with their software, and have chosen to ignore customers
instead of at least pretending to be working on a solution.
