weeks and am having abysmal luck getting a response from Kaspersky. I
e-mailed sales @ kaspersky.com and got a reply after a few days,
asking me for purchase details. I provided that over a week ago, but
haven't heard back. Followed up with an e-mail a couple of days ago;
still no reply. My subscription expires tonight at midnight, which I
pointed out to them each chance I got.
I've had communication difficulties with them in the past, where they
take many days or weeks to reply. This is one of the reasons I'm
loathe to recommend Kaspersky to my clients. If anything goes wrong,
they could be dead in the water for weeks before Kaspersky responds.
