A simple question,
Recently (these last weeks) do you have received from time to time a so
called email from Symantec that your anti-virus tool detected as virused ?
The sender can be anybody (so-called companies).
This, to know is there is a new wave of viruses or not.
The message is alway the next (with a virus attached of course) :
Subject : Message has been disinfected
Re: word document
document.scr: No virus found
Powered by the new Norton OnlineScan
Get protected: www.symantec.com + their logo

Every day is a new wave these days. The message that indicates it's
been declared clean by Symantec is most likely fake. This tactic has
been used before as a method of inducing people to open the
attachment. It's simple text and could be added to any email by
