I have a paid up NAV 2005 installed on my XP PC.
About 10 days ago, I got (I think) a virus which completely locked up
my Eudora in box.  I isolated the inbox (Eudora builds you a new one)
and, after an online chat consultation with their techs, submitted it
(via their Sarcret.exe utility) for analysis as directed. They got it,
assigned me a tracking number and I sat and waited (Well not really, I
finally put the isolated inbox file on a text reader, deleted the
offending email, and that got  the old inbox up and running normally)
Finally I got tired and went back to chat and was referred to a page,
"Web URL:
"Note: Symantec's virus removal consulting service is a fee based
And, so it is.  So, I have to pay them for analysis after their
program apparently let a virus into my system.
No thanks!!!  If my analysis of their lack of analysis is correct,
I'll go else where when NAV expires.
