BD got himself banned for the image in question. Most of the forums I
frequent would not have allowed it either.

I'm aware of all that... no one can tell me what about that image makes it
sexually oriented.  At what point does any image qualify as being sexually
oriented?  Is it at the point it gets someone aroused? If that is true,
other images should be disallowed, too.  Also, what about the image was
"vulgar"??  Do tell? I'd like an explanation.

Thus far, you and others have labeled the image as both vulgar and sexually
oriented so it was unsuitable for malwarebytes forum, yet NO ONE will
explain at what point an image becomes, either. It sounds like some
ambiguous determination based on a conclusion written on the wind.

So .. answer my questions above.  If no one can answer then, the only
conclusions is that the image can't be either vulgar or sexually oriented.

By who's definition?  No one can say, or is willing to say what makes the
image either vulgar or sexually oriented.  We don't live in Victorian times,
so what used to be vulgar is not anymore.  It would seem that some people
have become prudes, which is quite surprising in this day we live in.

Now.. define when an image becomes vulgar or sexually oriented.  As adults,
is this such a difficult thing to do?

She's an adult and you are acting like a teenager.

The content of the picture is unquestionably sexually oriented by US standards.

Test:  Can you see that picture unobfuscated on a US television broadcast
channel ?
Answer:  no

No it's not ...

The web is not US television.  People keep saying the image is 1. sexually
oriented, and 2. vulgar.
....... define, if you can, at what point does any image become *sexually
oriented*.

You won't do it, nor will anyone else do it because it's a subjective
conclusion.

The point is that the mod thought the image was in violation and his
opinion is all that matters. BD was warned by the mod that the pic was
unacceptable and that is that. He was banned. End of story.

This is an exceptionally complex concept--one too involved for her tiny

And she's a lousy troll, to boot.

No, he received no warning.  After the 1st post with the attached graphic, the
post was
removed.  After the 2cnd post, he was subsequently banned.

Ah! The truth at last! :)  I received NO warning.

When I checked to make sure it was there - it wasn't. I know full well
that
things go awry when computing, so I simply re-posted the image NOT
intending
to cause offense - it was meant to be a bit of fun!

Indeed I was. A silly fit of pique in my opinion - unless there is more
to
this incident than meets the eye.

A question for David Lipman - please advise - just *how* do you know
that
this is an accurate picture of what happened? Dustin Cook ( a
Malwarebytes
employee?) said a while ago, incorrectly, that a warning *was* issued!
Folk
reading here need to know whose word they can trust!

People know they can't trust YOU !~

It doesn't matter the content of the picture and it doesn't matter that you
didn't receive
a warning.

Both are moot points just READ the AUP/ToS that YOU agreed to.  Nothing in there
states
about and form of warning.

All that matters is that you violated the AUP/ToS you agreed to and thus you
were ToS'd.

End of Story !

I mistakenly assumed that you would understand the picture being deleted
was a warning not to do it again. My bad. I will try to be much more
specific in exactly what I intend to say to you from here on out.

Please read the comments I have already written above, slowly. Folk
should also understand that Malwarebytes has nothing whatsoever to do
with my posts here; and that I am a former employee, I have nothing
whatsoever to do with Malwarebytes other than being a happy end user
like the rest of you. BD clearly tries to make out more to a story than
what is actually true.

Thanks for your time, I know it's a total waste having to muddle thru
this BS.

He's probably lying to take the heat off the jerks at MBAM who hired
him.  I did use the Google to look up this swine's past, as the anon
poster suggested.  He is a p.o.s.  Those in this group defending him
show that their parents taught them nothing about morality.  But then
those are the times we live in.

I have news for you, sir. The staff at malwarebytes are well aware of my
past; the skills I demonstrated is one of the reasons I was hired as a
malware researcher. Speaking of morality, I'm sure it's immoral to judge
someone on previous bad acts while dismissing the good they have done
since. IE: I paid my dues. Perhaps, you should lookup the word before you
use it again and prejudge someone else.
