Sounds like a company that is willing to support the position that their
customer gets a priori validity and if someone contests that, and has a
legitimate case (not just nymshit sniveling), they should be able to obtain
affirmation of their claim with a court order. What's wrong with that?

Where was there "just nymshit sniveling" ?

You aren't worth the expenditure. You're just a joke.

Not being worth 46 dollars doesn't make you not a lying thief.

[snipped more crying]

You could conceivably prove that others have stolen from you - you need
only place a marker in your software and make it known to those you wish
to convince - and then demonstrate that it *later* appears in the
software you claim was stolen from you

If you recall, that is what happened to *you* a short time ago.

You still believe that you can always cover your lies with more lies,
but nothing will undo the proof we already have. The proposed
demonstration above will never happen because it requires that
information flows in a particular direction - and can't just be
fabricated by another of your complex lies.

Wrong, several of us talked with the hosting company you use - they
clearly stated that ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS DISPUTE, NOT PROVE, THE CLAIM
AGAINST YOU.

You notice that while we can directly point to exactly what he plagiarized and
from whom,
he continues to to be generic in his blatant defamation on me.

The whole DMCA Takedown notification to IPowerWeb was as PHONY as the
sub-statement
fraudulent claim to the GNU WGET utilty !

Anyone with an IQ anywhere near room temperature could compare "your"

done is copy them and change attributions.

If you switched your hosting company to one that didn't require a court
order, one that just followed basic DMCA notices and proof, you would
have been down a long time ago.

You hosting provider clearly stated that they don't care what is on your
site unless THEY are presented with a court order to take your site
down.

Your hosting provider clearly stated that they only require you to
"Dispute", not prove, any claim against you, and they will ignore the
claim until a court order is produced.

Many vendors have posted in Usenet that you are not authorized to use
their code, host their files, and you've changed the names many times,
changed how you provide links, run around in circles to get around their
take-down-notices.

You are not fooling anyone with your lies and deceptions.

I notice how you're still STALKING ME - it shows in your account name,
using my name instead of your own.
