etrust sees virus where none exists......

My dear Papa clings stolidly to "Lotus AmiPro"; and has recently
discovered that whenever he tries to print something, etrust antivirus
jumps up and deletes the spooling print file saying that it is infected
with the "Worfo" virus.

It isn't - I've run a complete antivirus scan using etrust, grisoft
avg, and the online McAfee. I've "snoozed" etrust, captured the spool
file and tested it - it's clean, and so is the PC. But this is a bit of
a problem.

Short of dumping Etrust, can anyone suggest a way of sorting this out?

if it's a false alarm in the etrust product, the only people who can fix
it are etrust themselves...

is there an answer?"

Hi Kurt;

Yes - my opinion too; so I've sent them an e-mail, but there doesn't
seem to be much interest.
