The install package is 905 KB and the utility itself is a 25 KB dot-net
executable. The rest is some install overhead and a large package
called "Lipocodes Suggestor" whose main components are a BHO
(LipocodesSuggestor.dll) and "Smart Address Bar" (SMBarBroker.exe,
"Lipocodes Suggestor silent installer for Internet Explorer, Mozilla
Firefox and Google Chrome".
Silent. There no mention of it in the main install readme file.
And that's all. It doesn't check if those duplicates may be required
(e.g. via a registry check) which they may be if the file is a DLL.

Uninstall seems to be straightforward but who knows what dodgy ads
might be served through this. I wouldn't use this utility even without
the junk that comes with it.
