CCleaner (Crap Cleaner). Google for it. You'll need to run it from an
administrator account but you should be able to point it to every temp
folder.

Just stop each account from saving browsing history,
IE > Tools > Internet Options > General > Check the ' Delete browsing history on
exit ' box.

Not quite.
IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced> Check the ' Delete browsing
history on exit ' box in the Security section
Amazing what Google can show!

The directions I gave are for IE 8 , I guess they have changed since IE 7.

Since IE8 is still a beta release, they might change it back.

To be precise:

Internet Options/Advanced/Security:

"Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed"

I believe this option is the same in both IE7 & IE8 RC1, and I mention it
because it's not the same as clearing the "history".

with XP
history on exit ' box.

I can do this by just opening one administrator account and making the above
change?

No, I guess you make the one change in each account.
Unless you could do it globally with a policy setting; I haven't got XP running
at the moment so I can't check.
