Can licensed AV programs be loaded on more than one computer?

Assuming one purchases the license and obtains the serial for the latest
version and build, can AV programs be installed on several computers and be
updated with the latest definition files, or will the connecting server
deny more than one IP address for the program?  How does the manufacturer
know if someone is just reloading the program on a new connection, or if
one is just refreshing their IP address?  I would like to play around with
the program at home, learn the nuances, uninstall it, and then load it on
my laptop.

I'm looking at the following programs:

Norton
Avira Antivr premium
NOD32
AVG

That's what trial versions are for.

If you're looking for free AV protection try AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic
together with the free programs listed below.

More than likely, the EULA forbids running the software on more than one
computer, as seprat licenses will need to be purchased (though there are
probably exceptions with enterprise edition softwares).  However, I'm
sure you could get away legally with uninstalling an installation on one
computer and installing it on another, so long as it's not an OEM
license (where the license is tied to some kind of hardware purchased,
i.e. the computer) and the product is running only on one computer at
the same time.

Most of those sell versions for multiple PC installation. Are you just
asking for someone to do your research for you, you lazy fuck?
