Blocking email spam from China?

Does anyone know how I can block all email spam from China in Yahoo
Mail?

So far I have tried address blocks on the following:

*.*.cn
*.cn
.cn

Unfortunately I still keep getting stuff through, the latest one I got
today from some company in Guangzhou advertising shoes.

If anyone knows a way to permanently block Chinese email addresses in
Yahoo I'd appreciate it. I've previously selected blocks on Nigeria
and Indonesia domains which seems to have prevented anything coming
through from emails in those countries but these Chinese spams seem to
still get through unfortunately.

Thanks for your help,

John

Yes, but it's rather complex... and not for beginners. You won't be able
to do it with typical wildcards as you are currently attempting.. Spam
Rules can be written incorporating IP Ranges and expressed with regular
expressions.

I use the email notifier, Popman by Christian Huebner and I write the
blocking rules for the app with the assistance of an IP Filtering webpage
at Google.

I inadvertently added the wrong URL above. Above is a whois tool. The IP
to Regex site is:
