Hi
I will be installing a new operating system.
How do I backup Nod32 to another drive and re-install?

You can't.  All you can do is reinstall and use the license key you were
originally
provided with.

- Setup
- Import and export settings

Export your settings.
Copy the settings to a USB-stick.
Copy the settings from the USB-stick to your new operating system.
Install NOD32 on the new OS (including Username and Password).
Import your settings.

Just download and reuse the same old product license key when you
install a fresh copy in the fresh install of the OS.
