Did you try using the following:
I don't use Avast so I don't know what is its install path or its
executable filename. You'll have to go look to see what .exe files are
in Avast's install path. The double quotes are needed around the
filepath if there are spaces in it. The double quotes are needed around
the replaceable environment parameter in case you specify a filepath
with spaces in it.
