I installed MBAM 2.1x and after doing a scan and letting it quarantine
the results, my Firefox 34 got messed up; top menu bar gone and quick
search engines gone. Anyone having issues with MBAM 2?

It could help a lot if you post what was quarantined.
I have the latest MBAM and the latest FF on Win7 64bit and have not had any
problems with MBAM.

Some false positives that were annoying.  Submitted the files to Total AV
site and they all tested good with even MB showing them good on that site.
Sent off an email to MB but no response after 48hrs.

If you think you have any false positives,
you can put them in your Malware Exclusions list.

There is a Malwarebytes forum for false positives.

No problems for me, so far.
FF is now at version 36.0.4.
Did you go into quarantine and restore those items?
Is it now working OL?
Thanks,
