Check this site out. I use Ewido and BOClean. The former is updated very
frequently and offers real time scans. The latter because it never
requires a yearly fee and upgrades have been free so far AND they
recently had a price cut. YMMV of course.

BOClean gobbles a lot of CPU at startup. But if non-viral malware is
so much of a concern that you have to have a resident utility, BOC is an
excellent choice. I wouldn't recommend running it in tandem with other
resident anti-malware utilities.

A good anti virus package such as Kaspersky and NOD32 are you best choices for a
good anti
Trojan package.

As a good anti Trojan, Prevx stands out.
