If you dont really want to overclock to extremes then why bother with
Wouldn't you be better just buying a decent, large copper heatsink and
chucking a larger fan going at lower rpms on it?
There's loads of fans out there than are virtually silent but do their
job efficiently and they dont cost a packet like water cooling does!
