No, they can't, unless you let them know which tbred core it has, A or B.
The A runs pretty hot, and won't overclock much. The B runs real cool in
comparison and will clock up to about 2400MHz. the temps you see will
depend on room temp, case temp, cooler used, etc. So you can't get a good
answer to your question.

My 2000+ runs idle at 37 in winter and 46 in summer.
