I am ready to buy a X2 4400+, but I don't know which one to buy.
I intend to overclock it.
Do I want the cpu that has a Max Temp 49-71°C or Max Temp 49-65°C. I
have included the info from AMD.

Please help!
Thank you

You want the one that uses the less power. It will run cooler and cost
less to operate. They all run at the same speed and have the same cache
size. I'd go with the 65W AM2 if you don't already have a 939 board.
