I'm running into a very strange problem:

In my meta tag i use the following tag:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial scale=1,

to prevent mobile users from enlarging the screen (customers wish....)

The domain name is registered by Dootall, my registrar, the website file are
located on my diskspace at XS4ALL, my ISP.
When i approach the website via the domain name with my Samsung S4 or any
other smartphone the meta tag doesn't work.

Has anybody encountered this problem before or knows what the reason for
this difference is?

Thanks in advance,
