If you would pay attention, you'd see that closing an XHTML <br> is by
using <br /> instead. Nobody has said to *add* </br> to a <br>.
I still drive a 1958 Borgward, but one day soon I won't be able to find
any parts for it. Wake up and smell the roses. Using CSS is far easier
than retyping presentation bits all through the pages, all the time. Put
it once in the stylesheet.
How about you make your pages worthy of *sighted* users before you worry
too much about the blind ones, eh? 'Cause so far, they ain't.
