Ah, Dreamweaver JS functions. Feel the bloat.
Netscape 4 does not support the onClick event handler in the <img>
element. Move it to the <a> element instead.
You are also missing the required alt attribute.
But better still, make it so that the link works with JS disabled.

still fail when some third part popup blockers are used.

I know, i know dont worry Netscape sucks, but i like testing my stuff in
Netscape 4.75 too, i know its the worst in term of non compability, so
whenever i make it work there, it works normally on all the other.
here is what a user suggested me

it worked no prob. But i like your idea of having it work even if JS is
disabled, so i will try your snippet of code too.
