Quoted text here. Click to load it

<link type="text/css" href="style9.css" />
needs to be changed to
<link type="text/css" href="style9.css" rel="stylesheet" />

Odd.  Neither page shows me any styling.

Using SeaMonkey I go to the URL and do CTRL+I.  On the "links" tab of
the Page Info window the style sheet file is shown.  However, it is
shown as a "Reverse link" instead of "Stylsheet."

If I go to I see the file

If I use Firefox with Firebug the CSS is non-existent.

Very strange.  So, change your syntax to:

<link href=" " rel="styleSheet"

<link href="style9.css" rel="styleSheet" type="text/css">

Works for both pages.
