Position Description
This person is solely responsible for the technical execution of
design assets including final HTML/CSS templates and project work
files.  Although this is more a production than a design role, a
strong visual eye and thorough understanding of how typography,
layout, color impact design is also necessary.  As Lead Front-End
Developer, you will have an excellent opportunity to lead project
teams, run a group of like minded developers and work on exciting
strategic clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
=95    Produce HTML/CSS pages from master source documents for integrating
into applications
=95    Assist in the development of standards, methodologies and repeatable
processes for delivery of creative services
=95    A very strong development background, and need to be very up to date
on the latest development technologies and trends
Ability to provide oversight, critique and career during projects
=95    Ability to map out the development approach to projects
=95    Explore industry trends share with team

=95    Minimum five years experience working at an advertising or design
agency contributing to the creative execution of large scale web and
software application user-interface design projects including
ecommerce, content portals, kiosks, intranet/extranets, e-mail
marketing, online advertising and web-based application design
=95    Ability to solve complex design problems and achieve the highest
quality design while pushing the boundaries of rich media online
=95    Solid understanding of W3C and Accessibility guidelines
=95    Ability to work quickly but with a strong attention to detail and
=95    Process-oriented with ability to work with different UI materials
and rapid prototyping
=95    Strong communications and organizational skills with an ability to
thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment
=95    Proficient in most MSOffice applications as well as both Windows and
Mac operating systems
Education and/or Experience
=95    Bachelor=92s (Master=92s a plus) of Arts degree in Marketing/Advertisin=
Interactive Design/Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
Certifications, Licenses and Additional Requirements
Desired knowledge or expertise (one or more of the following areas):
=95    HTML, XHTML, CSS skills Web graphic production
=95    AJAX / JavaScript

Software package expertise:
=95    Adobe CS production suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
=95    Dreamweaver
=95    Macromedia HomeSite
=95    Viseo
=95    IE, FireFox and Opera Browsers (PC)
=95    Safari and FireFox Browsers (Mac)

25% travel flexibility - more or less depending on project; candidate
should be comfortable with travel and overtime as client commitment
