Web pages created with MS-Word.
This has "mistakenly" long been blamed on Front Page.
The sole intent of using Word to create web pages is to retain the Word
Formatting to assure transport of the created web page back into a Word
MS users fail to read or understand this transport creation by MS and users
instead use Word to create pages because they believe Word can do most
anything as well as cutting your grass and washing your dishes ;-))))
The MSO stuff is Word for sure, but the HtmlEditor_* stuff seems to have
been inserted by something else. Probably an HTML file created in Word and
then edited by some other cruddy WYSINWYG editor.
