This is the code I have managed to create, but I can't achieve what I want
it to do

 which is  "when the send buton is clicked  email address typed into the
textarea is automatically send to me

but instead opens the mail client

Pls help

*DON'T* use mailto: as your form's action.  I doesn't work.  A simple
search at Google would have told you that.  Use a server-side form
processor.  Google will tell you where to find one of those, too.

You will need a server side script handling the submitted form and
mailing the results to your address. Such is called a 'form handler'.
Google for more info.

Almost certainly should be "application/x-www-form-urlencoded" or
