Help with Tables

Hi there :-)

My friend owns a website and he has had trouble posting
on BB's finding solutions to his problem so he asked me to post this on

When you get to his page, you should (using IE6 here) notice that the page
is slightly wider than the browser width for some odd reason. My friend says
he needs to specify the middle table (TD), the one with the blog content, as
width 100%, otherwise the sidebar would grow ridiculously wide. To show
this, he removed the width attribute on the ARCHIVES page (go to the site,
then click archives on the right bar) and the page screws up a bit. Can
anyone offer any insight to this problem? I've been messing with HTML myself
for a few years now and I can't see anything weird.

He uses some blogging software called greymatter to host his site, he says
if someone can help he can give them an admin account to check out his
templates with.

First, make it readable for 800 x 600 pixels
Now you have scrollbars.

Well, it can be made to be readable for 800x600 pixels because after
checking it out the top two images (left and right) are 800 and 150 pixels
respectively...but in theory it should show up fine on 1024x768 and it
doesn't. Can anyone help?

Check for any fixed widths. Change them to something more flexible like
