hi all,

Is there a way I can get rid of the default linespace before and after a
form. I m placing numerous form underneat each other. The form tags makes
gigantic white gaps.

Use CSS.

form {
    margin-top: 0;
    margin-bottom: 0;

newbie here.....

i'm trying to set up a form on a web page that will send information to my
email address when people fill it out, but when i did a test, my email
showed the info like this: .

how do i make it so that only the email address itself is highlighted? (
instead of the E-Mail= )

here is what i have, i'm sure i must have done something wrong:

Your E-Mail Address:<br>
<input type="text" name="E-Mail"
value="" size="20">

You appear to be trying to use something like:

Don't. It won't work a lot of the time, and when it does work the e-mail
is often sent in an unsatisfactory format.

Use a proper form processor. There are plenty of free ones on the web if
you ask.
