I thought you had you wrap both <blink> and <marquee> around it to make it
effective. Oh, and <font size="7" color="red" face="Verdana">.
And why that "IF YOU ARE RUNNING WINDOWS AND IE" condition? Web pages are
for real people, not for Linus freaks!!!
