First, you have to understand the basics of copyright.
If you do not, please navigate to the US Copyright Office website.

Before I posted even one song, I had asked my host what was needed to do so
legally. They said I would need a broadcast license.
I have acquired a license from both BMI and ASCAP which allows me to
broadcast the songs without question.
No I am not posting the license.

As for the other stuff, javasctipt items are all licensed under various
means and are free for use.

The actual data, is basically one big list.
Lists, of themselves, can not be copyrighted.
Billboard Magazine can not lay claim to the song titles because they did
not author the work.
What about the PHP scripts then?
Public domain. PHP is free for use in any manner by any person.
