Only one of the formats is allowed in HTML.
If you are actually referring to CSS, then there are _two_ rgb(...)
formats two choose from (numbers and percentages).
And, as other have said, all those color formats supply the same
repertoire of colors when used properly. The three-digit format #xxx,
which is allowed in CSS but not in HTML, supplies a more limited
