after uninstall, Start Menu toolbar sticks

Thanks for reporting back. I guess we overlooked the obvious initially when
didn't try that right click option!

P.S. May have solved the problem, but MS TOOLBAR DEVELOPERS PLEASE NOTE,
there seems to be a flaw in the uninstall here.
