I can sync just fine with xp and Sprint Touch but it shows "Windowsmobile14"
instead of my name as it did before. I deleted this partnership and tried
again to get my name to come up but it will sync via this windowsmobile14.
Where did this name come from?

Thanks

Hi,

Try changing the Device ID (under Start->Settings->System -> About) and then
synchronize.
