Hi Mike,
Disconnect your device. Then try running the "Detect & Repair" or
"Diagnostics" (depending on the version of Outlook you have installed) under
Help menu of Outlook. Then under Add/Remove Programs go to ActiveSync
and attempt a repair of the installation.
