did wm5 have a function that auto rewriting or resaving pim.vol sometimes
even I didn't modify anywhere about calender or contacts or tasks?
&it will be rewrited before I shut off my device or not?

There is no such feature in WM5. But you can rename it and WM will
create a new one. of course it will be empty or you can buy a backup
software.

I believe pim.vol is reflushed every x minutes (1 or 5?, don't remember),
and if it's reflushed if it's powered off appropriately (i.e. not by pulling
out the battery), although if there is nothing changed, reflush probably
doesn't really write anything.
