Hi, i'm sorry for my english.
I'm changing my notebook, and i need to know what laptop to buy.
i don't want to buy acer (in italy the assistance is ****), dell (i want
to buy in a shop), asus (i already have an asus laptop, and it is ****).
my price limit is 650 euros.
what brand produce reliable laptops?
i don't need a power monster (fast 3d graphics, cpu and ram), but i need a
reliable, good screen, good assistance laptop.

i'm interested in compaq f725, fujitsu v5535, or FUJITSU SIEMENS AMILO Pa
1510.
are they a good choice?
can you tell me some other good choices?

Here's the answer: no one has the ability to choose for you since there
are far too many laptops to choose from. If you are wanting, first,
local service, then you need to research laptop service in Italy.

To allay your fears, many, if not most, laptops are manufactured in a
small number of Asian factories. Many have the same mainboards and
peripherals with a slightly different case design. HP/Compaq, Dell,
Lenovo have enough business that they might be specifying their own
mainboards and case designs out of these same factories, but I doubt it.
Sony *might* be designing both their mainboards and cases with
manufacturing in the same small number of Asian factories.

So... Research the best post-purchase support in Italy, and move on from
there.
