I recently installed Comodo Firewall on my Windows XP PC. Right before this
problem occurred, I set Rome Total War (a game) as a isolated application.
Then Comodo removed all of my permissions to access, modify, or delete files.
Since I am the only account on the computer and am the administrator as well,
I can't even shut down the computer.

Is there anyway to restore permissions to entire hard drives or the entire
PC? Are there any special programs that can do this?

Please help. I have a 6 month old backup of the system from XP's Backup
Utility but I am not sure if it will let me restore the backup or if the
backup utility is any good at all.
