Additional information would be helpful. In particular:
- Do you have Windows XP or Windows Vista?
- If you have Windows XP, what are the specific errors listed in the
DvcSetup.log and DvcConn.log
files in c:\windows?
- If you have Windows Vista, please check the Application, System, Media
Center, and Security Event Viewer logs (right click Computer --> Manage) for
any errors corresponding to the time that you saw this message
- What is your network configuration? Specifically, what
routers/hubs/switches are between your PC and Xbox (make and model); also,
is your PC or Xbox connected wirelessly?
