Please log in for more thread options Same thing here..I had to spend hours with microsoft help in chat on my
hubby's computer to fix it with my reinstallation dvd..After jumping through
hoops we were finally able to use the Recovery Console on the dvd to
uninstall sp3..Everything is fine now but I won't be upgrading any time soon
